Gussman received her BFA in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2014. Being in New York City during her formative early adult years provided access to the national and international dance scenes, as well as essential international scope and diversity to the voices and perspectives to which she was exposed. New York City has provided HOLDTIGHT with a beautiful and inimitable variety of collaborators – artists with such hunger and passion for their craft – who bring their unique internal experiences and backgrounds to the work.
